There will a maximum number of tickets for sale for a total sale of $40,000 Prize board being 50 % of all tickets sold to a maximum of $20,000. Tickets will be available for sale until the indicated deadline of October 12th at Midnight. The number of tickets in each price category may change but the total number of tickets for sale will not change and is based on the total sale of $40,000.

This draw will be conducted in accordance the requirements specified in the Electronic Raffles section on the AGCO website and is approved by the Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario. Winners consent to the release of their names by the licensee. Tickets may be sold and purchased only in Ontario. Ticket purchasers must be 18 years of age or older.

They will appear as follows:

1. Friends of the Mindemoya Old School has established and will maintain rules to govern the conduct of the draw and awarding of the prize.

2. Raffle tickets shall not be sold to a person less than 18 years of age.

3. Friends of the Mindemoya Old School sellers will advise adult ticket buyers not purchase tickets online for person less than 18 years of age.

4. Owners and/or employees of Raffle Nexus will not be eligible to purchase tickets.

5. All FOMOS board members, staff and family members living with them will not be eligible to win prizes in the lottery.

6. The prize draw will be administered by Raffel Nexus by used of Random Number Generator (RNG) to determine the winner. The RNG is in compliance with the requirements specified in Section 5 of the Electronic Gaming Systems Minimum Technical Standards and is certified by the Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario.

7. RNC provides a PCI compliant checkout for purchasers using Global Payments as the merchant provider. The checkout has mechanisms in place to require that the purchasers are 18 years of age or older and to verify that the purchasers are in the province at the time of purchase. The online ticket sales platform meets the ticket inventory and management and system requirements specified in the AGCO Raffle Terms and Conditions.

8. For the one prize winner one number will be drawn using a Random Generator on October 13th, 2025 after the deadline of October 12th 12am has expired and will be announced at 12 noon EST.

9. If a prize winner cannot be contacted, FOMOS will secure the unclaimed prize for a period of 6 months from the draw date. If at that time the prize has still not been claimed, the prize will be used as gaming proceeds for FOMOS upon AGCO approval.

10. If a winning ticket has more than one name affiliated with it, FOMOS shall award the prize to only on e of the individuals identified on the ticket, and that the licensed charity and the AGCO are not responsible for any disputes which may arise between the different individuals whose names appear on the ticket stub.

12. Any disputes or complaints shall be directed to the FOMOS Board of Directors at mindemoyaoldschool@gmail.com.

TICKET REQUIREMENTS AND SALES

1. Raffle tickets will be available for 3 for $5, 10 for $10, 50 for $20, 200 for $50.

2. The winner of the 50/50 raffle will be awarded 50% of all 50/50 ticket proceeds.

3. Raffle tickets will be sold online only through Raffle Nexus with payments via credit card and cash being accepted.

4. No person shall be obligated to purchase raffle tickets as a condition of utilizing any programming offered by this not-for-profit organization.

5. Tickets shall be delivered via email to the purchaser through the Raffle Nexus raffle provider.

6. The winner of the raffle will be announced via FOMOS social media and email.

7. FOMOS will arrange the transfer of the prize to the winner.

RAFFLE POLICIES

1. FOMOS will operate the raffle according to the Criminal Code of Canada, AGCO rules and policies established under the legislation, including these terms and conditions.

2. FOMOS and our 50/50 lottery adheres to all federal and provincial laws.

3. Any approved amendments that affect the awarding of prizes will result in immediate notification to ticket holders.
